Rør ut gjæra i lunkent vann 37 til 40 grader, tilsett cottagecheese, vann med oppløst gjær og rapsolje i det tørre,  og bland alt godt. Deigen skal være så fuktig at den nesten kan røres i med en tresleiv.&lt;br /&gt;Bland/elt alt godt sammen med kjøkkenmaskin et par minutter. Hvis man sparer en del av melet til slutt blir det mye lettere å elte deigen og blande inn nøtter, frø og tørket frukt hvis man gjør det for hånd.&lt;br /&gt;Del deigen i ca 35 like store emner ved å legge en stor håndfull med deig direkte på et bakepapir på platen, med så mye digg i blir ikke rundstykkene helt som vanlige rullede rundstykker, men mer som en ”vakker, liten knudrete haug”.&lt;br /&gt;Stekes litt under midten av ovnen på 225 grader i ca 20 min.&lt;br /&gt;Dette var oppskrifta med mine justeringer. Hell det over ruccola og avocado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dette er godt til så mangt. Sammen med grillet kjøtt, fetaost, tomater, poteter og en nøytral grønn salat er det helt fantastisk. Dette kan tilberedes rett fra fryseren, men det går litt kjappere om du klarer å planlegge og ta opp råvarene til tining.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dette blir middag til to voksne og to barn.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spinat fra frysedisken (mengde justeres etter smak og behag)&lt;br /&gt;500 gram filet av hvit fisk (sei er godt til dette)&lt;br /&gt;Et knapt beger lettrømme&lt;br /&gt;Urtesalt&lt;br /&gt;Dill&lt;br /&gt;Pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ost til gratinering.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Legg spinat i ei ildfast form.  Salt og pepre fiskefiletene forsiktig, og legg disse tett i tett oppå spinaten (fiskestykkene bør ikke ligge oppå hverandre).  Bland krydder i rømmen.  Smak til.  Jeg varierer litt mellom urtesalt+pepper+dill og ei uteblanding til fisk som jeg har kjøpt hos norsk økourt.  &lt;a href="http://www.okourt.no/"&gt;www.okourt.no&lt;/a&gt;  Urteblandinga maler jeg lett i morter sammen med salt og pepper før jeg blander det i rømmen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fordel rømmesausen over fisken, og stek på 200 grader til fiskestykkene er gjennomstekt.  Omtrent en time tar det som regel. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dryss revet ost over det hele ca halvveis ut i steketida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serveres med ris eller poteter, og det man måtte ønske av salat og/eller lettkokte grønnsaker. Denne er imidlertid av den sorten det er litt vanskelig å slutte å spise:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 dl purre i små ringer&lt;br /&gt;1/2 rød paprika&lt;br /&gt;2 fedd hvitløk&lt;br /&gt;1/4 ts karri&lt;br /&gt;1 ss smør&lt;br /&gt;2 1/2 dl melk&lt;br /&gt;2 dl creme fraiche&lt;br /&gt;400 g hvit fiskefilet&lt;br /&gt;1 ss frisk basilikum&lt;br /&gt;salt&lt;br /&gt;pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fres grønnsakene og karri i smør i ei gryte. Tilsett melk og creme fraiche. Kok opp. Legg i fisken. La trekke i ca 8-10 minutter.&lt;br /&gt;Smak til med salt og pepper. Dryss over litt frisk basilikum.&lt;br /&gt;Server med brød/ris/poteter og grønn salt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alternativt kan fisken kokes for seg i lettsalta vann. Alt etter hvem som skal spise, og hve jeg har i huset.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kok pasta (men ikke kok den ihjel) og avkjøl kjapt under kaldt vann.  Kutt opp skinke og hvitost i terninger (hvis du vil ha det i)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lag dressing av&lt;br /&gt;3 kokte egg som hakkes smått&lt;br /&gt;3 ts lettrømme&lt;br /&gt;2 ts (lett)majones&lt;br /&gt;pepper&lt;br /&gt;urtesalt&lt;br /&gt;evt andre litt nøytrale urter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bland alt unntatt eggene, rør de inn, pg bland det hele i salaten. Tilsett polert ris og knapt dobbelt så mye vann. Kok i 10 minutter.  Tilsett melk og kok så lenge du bare kan.  Det tar nok en liten time i alle fall.  Tilsett salt og rømme.  Server med sukker, kanel og smørøye. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kok gjerne mye grøt.  Den kan varmes opp til kveldsmat eller som måltid dagen etter, og den tåler fint å fryses. Aldri så galt... ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150 gram smør&lt;br /&gt;1 plate kokesjokolade&lt;br /&gt;2 ss råsterk kaffe&lt;br /&gt;2 ss bakekakao&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Smeltes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 egg&lt;br /&gt;2 dl sukker&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pisk eggedosis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 dl mel&lt;br /&gt;2 ts bakepulver&lt;br /&gt;2 ts vaniljesukker&lt;br /&gt;1,5 dl vann&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bland alt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stekes på 180 krader i 5 kvarter i lita form (= høy saftig kake)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Glasur:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En liten rest av følgende (det meste gikk i kaka som opprinnelig skulle ha glasur på seg)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150 gram smør&lt;br /&gt;1 plate kokesjokolade&lt;br /&gt;1 ts vaniljesukker&lt;br /&gt;2 ss kaffe&lt;br /&gt;Nesten en pakke melis&lt;br /&gt;1 egg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bland alt unntatt egget. Høsten er så fin!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Svinekjøtt nok til 4 personer&lt;br /&gt;2 små løk&lt;br /&gt;2 fedd hvitløk&lt;br /&gt;Vann&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 dl røde linser&lt;br /&gt;1/2 purreløk&lt;br /&gt;noen buketter brokkoli og blomkål.&lt;br /&gt;Salt&lt;br /&gt;Pepper&lt;br /&gt;Basilikum&lt;br /&gt;Koriander&lt;br /&gt;Merian&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stek kjøtt og løk, hell over vann (start med 1/2 liter, men det behøves nok mer etterhvert) tilsett linser. Tilsett hvitost, skinke i biter og purreløk i tynne ringer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pannekakene lages med godt med egg, havregryn, samalt hvete, litt hvetemel og litt ekstra salt. Minimalt med sukker.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stek pannekaker, fyll med ei stripe saus, dryss mais over, rull, legg i form og legg litt ost på toppen. Rør inn eggene.  Bland oppi resten. Rør litt i dem av og til og følg med!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kok opp sukker og vann i en stor stålkjele. La det koke i ca 5 min. Bland i mandlene og rør godt til sukkeret krystaliserer seg (mandlene blir grå). Fortsett røringa til mandlene skifter farge og blir gyldenbrune. Ikke bruk for sterk varme. Mandlene skal ikke bli brent. Hell mandlene ut på smurt ovnsbrett, og spre dem godt utover så de ikke stivner i klumper. La de bli helt kalde. Smelt smøret og bland det i potetene. Ha i fløte og kulturmelk. Bland i melet, litt om gangen. Melmengden er avhengig av kvaliteten på potetene.&lt;br /&gt;Arbeid deigen godt sammen.
